Event Pass Information

We’re just DAYS away from CWF’25, and we’re down to the last few passes before we hit our attendance cap! We expect to sell out of weekend passes by Sunday evening!

Note: Intensives, Competition Entries and Add-ons will still be available to purchase online!

In addition to Full Weekend Passes, we’re offering a limited number of Single Day and Evening-Only passes to accommodate those who can’t attend the entire event. But act fast—once these passes are gone, registration will close, and we’ll begin a Waitlist.

If you are interested in Spectator Passes, please contact us via email as to the availability of these passes.

PLEASE NOTE: In efforts to ensure an enjoyable experience for our attendees, Charlotte WestieFest will be capping the event at 900 weekend passes. This will allow us to still host the Friday and Saturday night secondary room dances as well as offer a limited number of day and evening passes to accommodate those who cannot commit to attending for the entire weekend. We did not make this decision lightly, but it is our desire and commitment to ensure that the dance floor and event can accommodate those who attend in a comfortable and welcoming manner based on space considerations and other factors.

Purchase weekend event tickets, and register for competitions, add-ons and intensives, through World Dance Registry.  Keep your confirmation email as your receipt. You will not receive tickets in the mail. Check in at the registration desk upon arrival to get your wristband.

For those unable to attend for the entire weekend, there will be Single-Day & Evening-Only passes available “at-the-door”. ATD pricing will be announced as we get closer to the event.

In addition, for any non-dancers who might want to come and support their friends as they compete or just socialize and enjoy time with friends, a limited number of Spectator pass options will also be available “at-the-door”.
